At Skye & Walker we are very proud of our sustainable concept which is incorporated not only into our food but also into the operation of our eatery.

While our main feature is the furniture, flooring & decor which are made from natural, recycled & reclaimed materials, we also make an effort to recycle, reduce waste, save water & energy but also use non-toxic cleaning materials as well as biodegradable take out containers.

Shelves from Valchromat Engineered Coloured Wood

Valchromat is a wood fibre composite panel coloured throughout and engineered for high physical performance. Counter Tops from DNB-Urbano  Reconstituted Quartz

Its manufacturing process and continuous research efforts have allowed Stone Italiana to recycle and give value to industrial solid waste such as glass, mirror and granite. Furthermore, the amount of polymeric binder contained in the product is only 7 to 8 % and sourced from renewable non-Genetically Modified and Identity-Preserved plant origin.
